Shipping policy

When can I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase. Shipping is only processed Monday to Friday.

We use UPS for all domestic deliveries. Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days.

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Standard delivery takes 4–21 business days.

Please note international shipments may be delayed, and transit time is subject to customs clearance. Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional customs fees.
